No, kitchen sinks are not completely scratch-free. While some materials, such as granite composite, may be more resistant to scratches than others, it's still possible for any sink surface to get scratched over time with regular use. Factors such as the hardness of the materials used, the sharpness of utensils, and the care taken during cleaning can all contribute to the likelihood of scratches appearing on a sink. To minimize the risk of scratches, it's essential to use gentle cleaning methods and avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals on your sink. Additionally, using sink grids or mats at the bottom of the sink can provide a buffer between dishes and the sink surface, helping to prevent scratches. .

To find the litre capacity of a sink, you multiply the length by width by depth (L x W x D) of your sink bowl and divide the answer by 63, which is the cubic volume by inches in a litre. The length is the measurement of the bowl from right to left. The width is the measurement from back to front.
Experts recommend at least 22 to 27-inches in length, which also works for small kitchens and 40 to 50 inches for large kitchens. Although the size of the sink totally depends on your requirement and space. Length is one factor, but you also have to consider the depth of the sink. Kitchen sinks should be at least 8 to 9 inches deep; anything less and your dishes will quickly pile up and reach the faucet.
This is completely a matter of personal preference. Do you like the "finished" look of the raised rim of a top mount sink? Our top mount design helps keep water off the countertop. Or you may prefer the trim, clean, uncluttered look of an under mount sink. With Morzze, you'll have many choices in both sink styles.
Lay a straight edge across the top surface of the sink rim. Then use a ruler to measure the distance between the bottom edge of the straight edge and bowl bottom, as close to the drain as possible.
Bowl depth, taper and radius are the three basic sink measurements for comparing sink sizes. Depth, of course, is the distance from the top of the rim to the bottom of the sink next to the drain. Bowl taper is the inward slope of each side of the sink from rim to bottom. Radius is the measure of the bowl's corners & bottoms where the sides and bottom meet. The point to remember is this: the deeper the bowl, the straighter the slope, the smaller the radius, the more useful the sink capacity.
Consider how you use your sink. If you have a big family and prepare most meals at home, the bigger and deeper, the better. If you do a lot of entertaining or extensive food preparation, consider a sink with a built-in work surface. For a lot of pots and pans, make sure your new sink is deep enough with at least one large bowl for washing. The Morzze’s Aura collection includes a wide variety of sink shapes, sizes and configurations designed to meet your needs exactly.

Stainless Steel Sink

Morzze sinks are warranted for two years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect on normal residential use only. No warranty will stand if used in a commercial area. Kindly click https://morzze.com/warranty/ to check warranty conditions.
Morzze Aura Collection stainless steel sinks are extremely easy to clean. Please see our care and cleaning instructions with this link https://morzze.com/care/ or download our care and cleaning instruction manual by using this link https://anpm.in/qBfL.
Acid, toilet cleaners, or any alkaline cleaners can harm the surface of the sink. Using any of these will void the warranty of the product.
We have a matte finish in stainless steel sinks and three colors in granite sinks: Black, Grey, and Beige.
It's extremely important because it absorbs sound, protects against condensation, and helps maintain sink water temperature. All Morzze Stainless Sinks are spray-coated with exclusive undercoating. With our Sound Guard Undercoating, available on all models, an additional sound-deadening pad is applied before spraying.
Yes. That's why some steel sinks look bright and shiny at first but soon rust or corrode. The premium-grade steel we select for our high-end residential sinks is stainless steel Type SUS 304. It combines chromium and nickel in exactly the right proportions for superior corrosion resistance and durability. This blend allows the sink to be formed into the dramatic shapes you'll find in the Morzze line. You'll also find that this steel "gives" a little, reducing the chance of dish breakage.
Morzze stainless steel sinks will work for at least 25 to 30 years in normal residential use.
We do not recommend any colour coating on kitchen sinks because no coating is long-lasting when washing utensils.
Use Morzze’s Mettloshine® to remove scaling from the sink, or you can remove scale using white vinegar and baking soda by following these steps:
  • Clean the sink with hot water.
  • Spray white vinegar on it.
  • Sprinkle baking soda.
  • Wait for 15 minutes.
  • Clean with a scrubber.
Once you've removed the deposits, clean your sink regularly and dry it after each use to prevent scale from accumulating again. Don't scrub stainless steel with abrasive cleaners or brushes, as this can damage the finish.
We use SUS-304 grade stainless steel in the Aura Collection.
We use 1.0mm thick stainless steel for the bowl and 3mm for the frame construction in the Aura Collection.
The appearance of minor scratches within the first few weeks of use is absolutely normal and to be expected. Do not be alarmed if small scratches or scuffs appear in your new sink, as they are often superficial scratches that will become less noticeable with age.
Install a stainless steel bottom grid in your sink to protect the basin from scratches. Don't use rubber mats because corrosive chemicals can become trapped between the mat and the sink. Bottom grids allow a free flow of water to keep the basin clean.
When water evaporates, it leaves a residue that dries on the sink's surface, turning rusty in color. Another common cause of surface rust is chlorides left on the sink surface, which are found in many common detergents, soaps, and cleaners.
Rinse your fixtures thoroughly after every use. Clean all stainless steel fixtures at least once a week. Avoid cleaners containing chloride (bleach), as they can corrode the fixture. Use mild cleaners.
Avoid using the following cleaning products on stainless steel:
  • Harsh abrasives.
  • Scouring powders.
  • Steel wool.
  • Bleach and other chlorine products.
  • Glass cleaners that contain ammonia.
  • Hard water (use clean distilled or filtered water instead or use a water softener).
  • Oven cleaners.
It's the most popular sink material in home kitchens for very good reasons: stainless steel sinks are durable, low-maintenance, heat- and stain-resistant, affordable, and impervious to chipping and cracking.
Standard taps and spouts generally require a hole of at least 22mm in diameter for single inlet water taps, with most requiring a 35mm diameter hole.
A sink's minimum cabinet size is a measurement indicating the least amount of under-cabinet and top counter space required for the sink to fit properly.
Position the sink so it is centered on the sink cabinet and is at least 1 1/2 inches back from the countertop's front edge. If your countertop is deeper than 24 inches, place it farther back, but not more than 4 inches.
The recommended size for a base cabinet is 39" or bigger. The size of the sink you are considering to install should be 3" or more smaller than your base cabinet size. Cabinet size is mentioned in the specification sheet of each model.
To determine the maximum sink size for your base cabinet, measure the interior of your cabinet and subtract two to three inches from each dimension. A 36″ base cabinet can handle a 33″ sink at most; a 30″ cabinet should be fitted with a sink no larger than 27″ wide.
It's possible for a plumber to make that switch with the sinks without too much trouble, although your sink will have to be out of service for a day or two.Undermounted sinks are generally held tight against the countertop with mounting clips that are installed beneath the counters.

Faucets

Morzze faucets are warranted for one year and five years on cartridge from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect for normal residential use only. No warranty stands if used in a commercial place. Check warranty conditions by using this link https://morzze.com/warranty/.
Flow from kitchen faucets is an average of 10 liters per minute.
Morzze faucets will work for at least 10 years in normal and standard residential use.
Never use acid, toilet cleaner, drain cleaner, bleach, chlorine products, hard water, harsh abrasives, steel wool, ammonia, iodine, or any harsh chemicals.
Use Morzze’s Mettloshine® to remove scaling from the sink, or you can remove scale with white vinegar and baking soda using the following method:
1. Clean the faucet with hot water.
2. Spray white vinegar on it.
3. Sprinkle baking soda.
4. Wait for 15 minutes.
5. Clean with a soft scrubber.
Once you've removed the deposits, clean your faucet regularly and dry it after each use to prevent scale from accumulating again. Don't scrub stainless steel with abrasive cleaners or brushes, as this can damage the finish.
As a natural cleaner, vinegar is one of the most recommended substances for care and cleaning of chrome-finished faucets and fixtures. Vinegar is tough enough to combat even the most difficult mineral deposits and food stains while being gentle enough to protect the chrome finish. It is recommended to dilute vinegar with water 1:1 for everyday cleaning, but undiluted vinegar may be used for tougher deposits and water spots.
Choosing the finish for your kitchen faucet should depend on the design of your kitchen. Stainless steel and chrome are two of the most durable finishes for high-traffic faucets in the kitchen. Chrome is suitable for traditional kitchen/bathroom designs, while stainless steel is a smart choice for contemporary kitchen designs. Morzze’s stainless steel finish blends well with traditional stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Food Waste Disposal

Morzze Food Waste Disposal is warranted for two years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect on normal residential use only. No warranty stands if used in a commercial place. Check warranty conditions https://morzze.com/warranty/.
If your garbage disposal sink is clogged, there are several ways you can try to fix it without having to call a plumber. Before trying to unclog it, always switch off the garbage disposal's power source for safety purposes.
  1. Unplug the garbage disposal or turn it off at the breaker. The plug to the garbage disposal is located under the sink. Turning off the power to the garbage disposal is important so you're working with the disposal safely.
  2. Pour 100 gm of baking soda into the garbage disposal. Measure out the baking soda using a measuring cup. Pour it directly into the drain, making sure to hold it right over the center of the drain so it goes straight down.
  3. Add 200 ml of white vinegar down the drain. Measure out the white vinegar before carefully pouring it down the drain just as you did with the baking soda. When white vinegar and baking soda combine, they create a cleaning chemical that helps to loosen any food that’s stuck to the sides of the drain. Don't be alarmed when the ingredients start fizzing when they touch each other—this means it's working! Pour the white vinegar slowly to make sure it all goes down the drain.
  4. Let the mixture sit in the drain for 5-10 minutes. During this time, the ingredients will continue to fizz and create foam. Set a timer for 5-10 minutes so you know when it’s time to rinse out the drain.
  5. Run hot water down the drain for a few minutes. Turn the faucet to the hottest setting possible. Let the water run down the drain for at least 2 minutes, washing away the white vinegar and baking soda mixture while removing any loosened food as well.
  6. Turn on the garbage disposal to test it out. Plug the garbage disposal back in or turn back on the circuit breaker. Flip the garbage disposal switch to see if it runs smoothly, listening for its normal loud sound that signals it’s fixed.
Food waste disposer is only for food waste. Any other item is not recommended for this. Below items or parts thereof are strictly not recommended in food waste disposer:
  • Metal
  • Plastic
  • Cap of any bottle
  • Heavy bones
  • Any fiber items
  • Coconut, walnut, or any shell
  • Kernels

Yes, Morzze Vertex Collection granite sinks are safe for food use.
Morzze Vertex Collection granite sinks are extremely easy to clean. Please see our care and cleaning instructions at this link: https://morzze.com/care/ or download our care and cleaning instruction manual by following this link: https://anpm.in/qBfL.
No. Morzze Vertex Collection granite sinks are cast in a single pouring and are coloured through completely. Normal household use does not cause any discernible changes in colour.
Each Morzze Vertex Collection granite sink’s underside has some roughness and texture, which may be interpreted as cracks. This is a natural part of our production process. The texture you see on the backside is a result of the curing process of the material after casting. It does not detract from the strength of the product, but rather allows for the perfect combination of interior surface hardness and overall strength. This ensures that the maximum amount of granite is at the usable surface, making our sinks the most durable and hygienic surface available in the market today.
Granite sinks are generally resistant to acids, but it's essential to note that prolonged exposure to strong acids can still damage them. Granite sinks are typically made from a combination of granite stone dust and acrylic resins, providing them with durability and resistance to various substances, including acids. However, it's important to avoid using harsh or acidic cleaners, as they can dull the surface or cause other damage over time. Acidic substances should be used sparingly or diluted when cleaning granite sinks. It's best to stick to mild dish soap and water for regular cleaning. While granite sinks are relatively resistant to acids, it's crucial to exercise caution and avoid prolonged exposure to acidic substances to maintain their appearance and durability.

Take a wet rag with some isopropyl rubbing alcohol and rub the stain using the wet towel or cloth. Next, wipe the counter again using just warm water. This will help with any tough stains that would not come off with a simple water and soap mix.

Granite sinks are non-porous, making them resistant to bacteria and staining. For this reason, harsh cleaners like bleach aren't required. In reality, bleach can damage the surface of your granite sink or cause permanent discoloration.
Hard water stains are by far the most common reasons that granite sink material might lose its lustre. When water is left to set into the material, it will cause damage to the finish that seals the sink.
Granite sinks are heat resistant. However, since the resin can only withstand approximately 390°F, placing very hot materials such as a pan directly out of the oven will burn the countertop and cause permanent damage.
Quartz (SiO2) is a mixture of silicon and oxygen, a solid material superior in strength, durable, and resistant to chemical agents, soluble only in alkali or hydrofluoric acid. Quartz's melting temperature is 1700°C. It is also resistant to shock and cracking, offering advantages over granite and marble. Granite consists of 25-35% quartz, which gives it strength, 60-65% feldspars, and 5-10% mica (biotite) with a melting point of 1215-1260°C, significantly reduced to 650°C in the presence of water and pressure. Marble is composed of calcite (calcium carbonate) and contaminants of other minerals, making it softer and less tolerant to humidity and temperature drops. Our products are made from 80% natural quartz stone and 20% binders, which gives them a significant advantage over composite products, which include granite or marble.

Use a container or a small bucket to scoop out as much water as possible; wear gloves to protect your hands. Check the clogged drain for debris, fluff, soap scum, and pieces, paste build-up, etc., and remove any debris as best you can.

Push 1 cup of baking soda down the sink drain. Use a spatula to force the baking soda into the opening, if necessary.

Pour 2 cups of vinegar into the drain opening. Put the stopper into the sink so that the vinegar is forced toward the clog.

Wait 15 minutes to allow the solution to work on the clog.

Run boiling water into the sink to see if the clog disappears.

If the sink is still clogged, then apply the baking soda and vinegar solution again.
